WORKS Little League has kicked off its 2013 Season -- and the Woodhaven Residents' Block Association has a team! The WRBA is sponsoring a T-Ball team this year and their name is . . . The Royals. And what a great bunch of players we have, we are very proud of them! Now, we're still well short of the $400 needed to sponsor them, so keep that in mind when you come to our next meeting. As of right now, here is the schedule for the Royals -- all games are at Victory Field - Field 5, which is the field on the track closest to the road near the road that goes through the park (Brooklyn-Queens Greenway).
